2021 Connie Gamble Community Scholarship (First Year)
Oak Flats & Shellharbour Community Bank® is a division of the Bendigo Bank. They have been supporting scholarships at UOW since 2007. Part of the Oak Flats & Shellharbour Community Bank® constitution is to support their local community, and providing scholarships is one of many ways they give back to the community. Connie Gamble was a graduate in Communications & Media and completed a Graduate Diploma of Education at the University of Wollongong.
The Oak Flats & Shellharbour Community Bank® would therefore like to support a first year student who currently resides in the Shellharbour Shire Council Local Government Area and is studying a Bachelor of Journalism or Bachelor of Communication and Media Studies at the University of Wollongong in 2021.
Applicants will be asked to provide a one page outline of their involvement in the Shellharbour Shire Council community, as well as detailing how the scholarship will assist with their career ambitions.
