This scholarship will support up to seven (7) students currently undertaking the Graduate Certificate - Indigenous Trauma Recovery and Practice with their course costs. Applicants must be of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent, and work/ reside rurally (MM2-7) according to Modified Monash classification, as part of the rural health workforce (including but not limited to: clinician, community health worker, mental health or drug and alcohol worker).
Applicants are asked to submit a UOW application package as well as a one page statement outlining how the scholarship will assist with their professional development and service delivery in their rural location.

Applicants must remain enrolled as a full-time student at the University of Wollongong for the duration of this scholarship
Applicants must maintain a grade of Satisfactory
Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, New Zealand Citizen, Australian Permanent Resident or Australian Permanent Humanitarian Visa Holder
Applicants must be of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent
