2024 Clever Care Now Nursing Corporate Scholarship
Clever Care Now has provided crucial community services for over 60 years, supporting clients to maintain independence and access high-quality care through compassionate mobile nursing. Their services are available throughout the Sutherland Shire and Greater Sydney areas, and include in-home care, private nursing, personal care, assisted transport, senior transport and day trips. Clever Care Now employ qualified and dedicated nurses, who focus on community health and wellbeing, and improving quality of life. This newly established scholarship aims to support the next generation of dedicated community nurses by providing financial assistance to students completing their second (2nd) or third (3rd) year of their nursing degrees. Two (2) scholarships valued at $10,000 are available per year. Applications are open to domestic nursing students studying at the Wollongong, Loftus, and South Western Sydney Campuses. Full-time and part-time students are welcome to apply – part-time students will be paid pro-rata. Additionally, successful recipients may be offered paid work opportunities, which would be arranged between the donor and student outside of the scholarship. Applicants who are mature-aged students and/or have an Indigenous Australian background are strongly encouraged to apply.
