2017 M.J. Wraight Scholarship for Women in Medicine

The M.J Wraight Scholarship for Women in Medicine will support high-achieving young women in their pursuit of a career as a medical practitioner, in hope of addressing rural and small-town Australia's shortage of General Practitioners.  The scholarship will be open to Australian citizens and permanent residents as well as enrolled international students.

Please note: any applicant who receives a mark of at least 24 out of 32 (based on the marking criteria for the sections Process and Volunteer) in the following year 1 clinical competencies will be short listed:

-Cardiovascular and Respiratory Examination Taking a Medical History;

-Examination of the Gastrointestinal System;

-Assessment of the Diabetic Patient
