The St Georges Basin Community Scholarship has been established by the St Georges Basin Country Club and the NSW Club GRANTS Scheme - a program dedicated to local community development.
The Club has been supporting Shoalhaven based students since 2004 and through this scholarship aim to contribute to the local community by assisting students from the area to achieve their academic and career goals.

Application Criteria
Applicants must be intending to enrol in any undergraduate degree at the University of Wollongong, Shoalhaven Campus;
Applicants must currently and be committed to the Shoalhaven area
Applicants must provide a one page statement outlining their commitment to the Shoalhaven region, as part of their application
Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, New Zealand Citizen, Australian Permanent Resident or Australian Permanent Humanitarian Visa Holder
Successful applicants must maintain full-time enrolment in the first (1st) year of any undergraduate degree at the University of Wollongong, Shoalhaven Campus
Successful applicants must maintain a minimum Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 65
